quarter ending 30th September
1860.
But with regard to
the claim for the
maintenance of the two
Soldiers, viz:
£46.7.11d, the
Secretary of State observed
that the cost in excess of
£16.7.11d allowed by the Military
Act, should be borne by the Colony. Accordingly, the amount to be recovered from the War Office became
